These terms cover use of the Struxite marketing website at struxite.com. Terms for the SiteOps product (hosted at app.struxite.io) will be published as a separate Subscription Agreement before product general availability.

You may view and link to pages on this website. You may not scrape, mirror, copy or redistribute substantial parts of the site without prior written permission.

The website is provided "as is". Struxite makes no warranties about availability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struxite is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
